I thought in the spirit of Easter, I would celebrate all things pastel. Enjoy the visual ice-cream feast!

Photo A Day #43 Thrifty Belt
I have to admit, I've run out of steam today! It has been a really busy week at work and I've been doing a lot of hours. So today's pic is just a simple one, a close up of the belt in this outfit shoot, and I'm proud I found it in St Vincent De Paul for $3! For those of you in America, that's really cheap. I saw some really beaten up old pumps the other day and they were $35! That's pretty normal. I love my trips to the US where you can still get awesome stuff for a couple of dollars. You do get a good deal occasionally here, but thrifting in the USA is always a highlight for me!
How cool is this belt buckle?
I hope you all have a safe and relaxing Easter break, thanks for stopping by

What I Wore - Thrifting around the world!
I wrote about this shoot I did a little while ago, but for some reason the pictures fell by the wayside! So many other things have been happening and I've been easily distracted! Anyway, as promised, here's the full set of my TTV shoot that I did using my old Kodak Brownie Reflex in conjunction with my DSLR.
Soon I will be putting up a permanent page that tells you all about my camera kit, so you can see what camera bodies/lenses I use. A lot of the camera gear belongs to C, but we are good sharers and he lets me use it whenever I want! Isn't he sweet?
I also have a great collection of vintage cameras, I hope to bring you a collection piece on those as well, if you're interested? I'm always on the lookout for new (old) cameras to add to my collection! It's a bit of an unhealthy obsession I think.

Outtake for the last one. Nico has seen Maggie ruin her shot and has gone all saggy and defeated. Maggie is sniffing the camera because she loves sniffing everything! So funny :)

Photo A Day #42 Airstream in NY
This Airstream trailer was flooded when the Esopus River broke her banks. There were perhaps 7 or 8 on the grounds in this state, broken windows, all the 1950's furnishings damaged. I hope they managed to clean up and rescue them, they are so lovely.
