I'm finally getting my pictures together from our small trip to Melbourne, and had to share this one with you now! This was the view from out hotel room. The first thing I found strange was that there is an enormous seagull statue, with it's back to us, on the right side of the picture. Who would make a seagull statue? Why? And why is it in the middle of the trainyards? The even stranger thing is, that huge gangs of seagulls would just hang out underneath it, all day long. Like it was their seagull god or something. This is weird, right?
You can see a big bunch of seagulls over the left half of the picture, hundreds of them...
Does anyone have a logical explanation for this? Or are the seagulls planning a coup?
